Oxlite Products Come with a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty requires that the ramp be sent to them for evaluation. All freight charges are your responsibility. Warranty is voided if the product has been misused or abused. This includes overloading the ramps, using the ramp to load something it's not designed to load, not using the provided safety cables, or improper size ramp for loading job. If you do have a warranty claim please contact the manufacturer directly at 1-800-256-2408. I can tell ya those folks really want you to be safe and educated on loading stuff up.

If it's something else and you just need a return, contact us and we will give you a return authorization. There will be a 20% restocking fee that the manufacture charges and all of the freight cost receiving and returning is your responsibility. You must have the return authorization before you send the product back.

If you receive a damaged product you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for return service. We will pick the damaged product up and issue you a priority replacement.
